Well, if said user has been banned before and continues to attempt to come back under several newly created user names when their own actions under another name caused them to be banned, then any of their new aliases are subject to being permanently banned as well,no questions asked.
But that's just one example. Probably the most pertinent to a "new user" like yourself.

How is that people become a moderater of the forums. Are they hand picked or time that they have been on the forums. Wondering if we could maybe set up another forum that talks about the wars and Iran.
